Terms and Conditions

General

• The order is considered “confirmed” upon full payment which is due 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery.
• Orders placed within 48 hours of pickup/delivery are subject to 25% rush fee at YehCakes’ discretion.
• Orders placed within 24 house of pickup/delivery are subject to 50% rush fee at YehCakes’ discretion.
• Any cancellations made within 48 hours may result in no refund at YehCakes’ discretion.
• YehCakes is not responsible for any delay or inability to deliver due to accidents, natural disasters, inclement weather, illness, death, labor troubles, delay in supplies, or any other circumstance beyond YehCake’s control. Under these extenuating circumstances, YehCakes reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. No charges will be made and all money paid will be refunded. But no compensation will be pay should this occur.
• All cupcakes should be inspected to ensure customer’s satisfaction upon pickup/delivery.
• Any qualsm/questions/concerns about the cupcakes and/or the topper designs must be made the day of delivery/within 3 hours of delivery. 

Delivery/Pickup

• Any changes to delivery/pickup time must be made within 24 hours of original pickup.
• All cupcakes are delivered in heavy duty boxes and bags for safe transportation
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery information is correct and that someone is available to receive the cupcakes. Additional redelivery attempts are subject to additional charges.

Pick Up

• Payment must be made in full 24 hours in advance
• Pick up must be within 30 minutes of agreed upon time. Exceeding this window will be considered abandoning the cupcakes and may result in no refund at YehCakes’ discretion.

Design

• YehCakes will follow the Client’s requests closely to create the cupcakes desired.
• YehCakes cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar.
• Because YehCakes is using an edible ink on an edible, sugar surface that can be effected by humidity and temperature, we cannot guarantee that the color will be exact. We will, however, do our best to ensure that the image on the topper is as close to the original as possible.

Payment Methods

• Preferred method of payment: Credit Card via Wave (processed by Stripe)
• Check made out to YEHCAKES LLC
• Cash

Liability

• YehCakes is not responsible for bodily injury, property, or consequential damage which may result from services.
• It is the Client’s responsibility to inform YehCakes of any and all guests’ allergies or restrictions before the order has been finalized. 
• Products may contain traces of nut. It is the customer's responsibility to inform their guests that trace of nuts may/could be present in the cakes unless otherwise specified.
• YehCakes is not responsible for any damage to the cupcakes or shortage of cupcakes caused by anyone NOT employed by YehCakes. Once the cupcakes leave YehCakes HQ or have been handed off upon delivery, the cupcakes are the full responsibility of the client
• YehCakes will not delivery cupcakes if payment has not been paid in full.

Photography

• YehCakes reserves the right to use all photographs of the cupcakes for advertising purposes
